For meetings of 10 or more people, we have created both a residential and a non-residential package to include the basic requirements of a meeting. Our events co-ordinators will then work with you to build upon these packages to fulfil your individual needs.

Alternatively you could build the specifications for your event from scratch – from deciding upon the room(s) most suitable for your event, choosing your menus, agreeing any ancillary services (including flowers, AV equipment and entertainment) and booking bedrooms and golf.

Tariffs from 1 April 2008 to 31 March 2009

Day Delegate Rate £70 per delegate
24 Hour Delegate Rate (based on single occupancy) £205 per delegate

The Day Delegate Rate includes

conference room hire from 8.30am to 5.30pm
welcome coffee and biscuits
mid-morning coffee, warm Danish pastries & muffins
lunch with coffee
afternoon tea with home-made cakes
conference stationery
flip chart, pad & pens

The 24 Hour Delegate Rate includes all elements of the day delegate rate plus:

three course dinner
one night’s accommodation
full Yorkshire breakfast
morning newspaper

These tariffs are based on a minimum of 10 people.

CHRISTMAS PARTY NIGHTS

Christmas Party Nights are ideal for groups of 8 or more wishing to join a festive celebration. A reception drink is served on arrival followed by a three course meal and dancing to a disco.
